You will have the same cleaner every week, and we have temporary cleaners to cover if your regular help is either ill or away on holiday.

*please note Fridays are our busiest day so if this is your day of choice we may have to recruit someone specifically for you, please call the office for more information.

The Tenancy Clean

Whether it is a personal Spring Clean - top to to refresh of your property, a Pre-Tenancy/Post Tenancy or Builders clean we can provide a team of cleaners for all your cleaning needs.

Tenancy cleans are carried out to an inventory standard set by leading estate agents. A cleaning plan can also be tailor made to reflect your personal budget.

Carpet Manufacturers recommend a carpet clean every 12/24 months to keep your carpet in a healthy condition. At No Messing we can help with a cost effective solution for every carpet in your property.

We use the Hot Water Extraction method** or Wet Clean** which is a gentle, quick drying yet efficient method of carpet clean. The machine lifts and flushes dirt deep down from within the fibres leaving the carpet fresh and hygienic!*

No harsh chemicals are used to ensure your carpets are kept in best condition.

* please note that you should be realistic with regards to old and heavily stained carpets.
We cannot guarantee their return to ‘as new’ state.** this method of Carpet Cleaning is also not suitable for natural fibre carpets such as sisal or sea grass these will need dry cleaning.
